The hotel is homey, pleasant with particularly nice sea views. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are brand-new and well laid out.

The venue is little, clean and the location is enjoyable near to the beach, local restaurants. Exceptional service and the food is brilliant. Parking is nearby.

For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect, I liked to be here. I was offered a room with perfect views of the sea. There was lots of food for breakfast, including cereals, toast and cheese.

Both my husband and I liked being there. The buffet breakfast was generous and included delightful cereal, toast and cheese. The staff were attentive and best as well, can't wait to come back. Its location was central, 200 metres from Pirate's Quest. Moreover, the area was very very nice.

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were especially helpful, beds were good sized.

The breakfast was gorgeous and the place was spotless. The absolutely incredible location for the price, just next door to town center and the beach and the Newquay night life. Again, it was near Pirate's Quest. The room was beautiful with an impressive view.

Gorgeous room and helpful communication with the staff. The location was ideal, with Ganesha Thai nearby, where we could eat. Lovely overall experience.

Unbeatable location; large breakfast; dedicated staff. The basic double and quiet enough rooms. We enjoyed Bush Pepper located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had dinner there. Exceptional views and green garden. Besides, there was reliable wifi, had no problem with it.

I spent a very relaxing time here, would recommend to anyone. I loved lovely location and the thoughtful service of the team. This family-run hotel was within walking distance of the beach. Great restaurant onsite and pleasant views.

Hotel is cute, I loved terrific staff and facilities. All in all it's exceptionally clean place, they have really big beds.

It was spotless and convenient place, had first class location and staff. The beds were big, I slept well. I enjoyed that the design was modern. Good reception. Need to point that free Wi-Fi in all rooms was a good bonus.

Brilliant location, welcoming service and exceptional food. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The bed was perfect and the balcony had absolutely breathtaking views. Easy check-in, briliant personnel...

Quite small bathroom, basic room.

Breakfast was amazing, we were provided with the family room. Lovely beds, perfect after a long day in Newquay. Everything created a family atmosphere;))

The staff was helpful and we liked full English breakfast. We had a king size bed, it was good. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Apart from that, fistral spa was 10 minutes away by driving.

We do recommend it for every one, very good value for money. Adjacent to many local attractions, including the newquay zoo, which is just 15 mins on foot. Comfortable beds in the rooms.
